One approved Founding Partner per defined eligible business category across the Southern Oregon network during the active annual agreement. Other qualified businesses may join that category as Resource Partners. Exclusivity concerns Founding recognition and premier marketing positioning; it does not purchase exclusive referrals or limit consumer choice. Each social spotlight is one piece of content distributed through designated Legacy Navigation social channels. Quarterly installments fulfill a 12-month agreement and are not a quarter-to-quarter membership.
